At Watch Gang, we want you to love every timepiece in your collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Watch Gang account and navigate to the 'Member Tools' section to select the item you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all tags, warranty cards, and protective films, to ensure it remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
